Most people stash away ice cream or frozen dinners in their freezer, but we have been storing Jasper's placenta. Yes, it has been 6 months since his birth but it took awhile to find it a perfect home. We ended up deciding to honor Jasper by burying his placenta under an Engelman oak (a California native, of course) in our front yard.
